At Amma's Ingredients, we preserve the authentic flavors of Pakistan through time-honored preparation. Shikarpur in Sindh is widely known as Pakistan's pickle hub: Arab News reports at least a dozen pickle factories there alongside many home-based makers, and Daily Times points to the city's groundwater as what sets its achar apart.
